I got email from N9XKH Dennis in EN52il. He occasionally fills in as the Wed. 144.240 net control if WB9LYH isn’t available. Dennis sent along two net reports; here they are.
First net 4-15-15 I starts as usual and NOTHING for 50 minutes NOT a soul. I checked and double checked everything, I could hear beacons so I knew the antenna was up and connected. Finally I realized it was WAY off. A few days before we had 5 or 6 tornadoes come thru and a MAJOR wind storm after it was all clear. I looked around after and looked like we survived without any real damage. Had a couple of little things but nothing serious.
Till the net… apparently the wind spun my mast in the rotor.
So finally I was able to get back on track and made a few contacts here they are…
