144.240 has 13 check-ins & 144.250 has 6 check-ins
I get to bed earlier tonight, which is fine.
Bands weren’t very good tonight, and I suspect I missed completing with a few light signals way off in the ether. Sorry if I missed you; keep trying, on another night WB9LYH will hear you no problem.
On 144.240, I had: (WB9LYH EN54cl was off tonight)
N8WNA and WA8YUZ EN82; K8SWD and KF8QL EN72; W8ARY EN91; WD9DSN EN71; W9YZU and KB9WZJ EM69; KB9KLD EM58; KA0OKM and W0FAY EN42; N0IRS EM29; WB0YWW EN22.
This was the first time I worked W9YZU, who checks in easily every week with WB9LYH. Was also very glad to work KB9KLD down in EM58. That might be the first EM58 we’ve heard on the net — I’d have to check. But very glad to hear Jeff in EM58, and he stuck with it thru some very tough fades. Please spread the word down that way — we’re looking to get S ILL and E MO more involved. It’ll pay off come spring/summer.
On 144.250, I heard from:
W9GA, WD9ITJ and WB9TFH EN53; WB9WKJ EN62; K9KHW EN63 and W1MRK EN52. We switched over to ragchew mode about 8:50pm and ragchewing continues at 9:05pm.
